(HealthDay News) -- Your child's crib should be carefully arranged to reduce the risk of injury.Here are suggestions to help keep your baby safe, courtesy of the National Safety Council: Bumper pads should cover the entire perimeter of the crib, and all snaps or ties should be securely fastened with no excess overhang.
Replace, fix or remove teething rails immediately.Once the baby is old enough to pull herself up, all mobiles and crib gyms should be removed.Keep plastic sheets, pillows and large stuffed animals out of and away from cribs.
